Kacey turned 6 on the 20th of May. We had a smallish party with just the neighborhood kids. We are lucky that Kacey has so many playmates next door (on either side), and her best friend Matt lives directly across the street. That's him on the end with the blonde hair.
Kacey would like to have had all of her school friends over, but that's still a little more headache than I'm ready for. Maybe when she's a little older.
Anyway, the kids rode bikes, jumped on Kacey's trampoline and played on her jungle gym. We grilled hot dogs and had a very yummy cake and ice cream.
She got so many fun toys! I usually buy her the boring stuff, like clothes and socks, and one small toy. Mom and ad are the ones that get crazy with the gift-giving. Long story short- she had a great time. She was very happy with everything, and Pappy even took her fishing so that she could use her new fishing pole and tackle box! She caught 7 small fish. She was so proud!

i can't believe that little baby is already 6. i didn't know she went fishing with Daddy! that is the cutest thing i've ever heard! who gave her a pole and tackle box? i love that child of yours.
I love to take kids fishing. Shelby caught her first fish when she was two. Harrison and Travis took her and Trav gave her a hard time about wearing a Bow and not wearing a baseball cap.
Yea, I can't believe yall were here 6 years ago and she was born here in Brunswick. Then you just left!!!
Sounds as if she had a grand of a time. HAppy Birthday Kacey!
