I just got Kacey's kindergarten pictures back, and I think they turned out beautifully. She is a very photogenic kid.
Today we went to the bank, and on the way home I bought her an ice cream cone. She loves ice cream more than anything! We drove home on Route 9, which runs along the shores of Lake Champlain. I love to drive on Route 9 because the lake is so beautiful. As we drove Kacey sighed deeply and said "I love the open sea. It is so peaceful."
The other day she was throwing a fit because I wouldn't give her a snack before dinner. Dinner was going to be ready in a matter of minutes, and she wanted a bowl of ice cream. It seems as if she and I argue a great deal about ice cream before dinner, doesn't it? Anyway, I told her no. She started to cry and said "everyone in this house treats me like a skunk bag!"
Hope everyone has a fabulous Thanksgiving!

She is adorable!!!
She is so cute, what a great picture!!! Isn't it funny the thing kids say sometimes!
She is such a cute skunk bag.
What a cutie!!
Life is really difficult when you're smarter than all the grownups but still have to do what they say (I know that feeling from having to listen to 19 year old punk boys tell me what to do on the mission).
Don't let the man get you down Kacy!
She says the darndest things. I wonder where she gets it from :)
I love it. I have a running list of things that Haley's has said lately. I'll have to post it. I love what kids say!
