I think Nogales, Mexico should be considered the new plastic surgery capitol of the world! Hill and Frank decided that they wanted to have a little work done, so they scrimped and saved and for $5.99 each (American currency of course),they were able to. The doctor in Nogales is highly sought after. He actually took a correspondance course on do-it-yourself cosmetic surgery, and he is a very handsome man, or at least so I'm told.Without further adeiu, here are their fantastic results:

Can I get that doctor's name and number. I think I'll finally get that much needed boob job. If he can do that to faces, imagine the magic he can do for my chest....
