I recently saw this tiny frying pan in Real Simple magazine and was dazzled! Clearly it doesn't take much to dazzle me, but that is neither here nor there. I immediately sped off to Target and bought 2! I gave 1 to my younger brother Aaron, who frequently enjoys a nice fried egg sandwich and I thought he would get lots of use out of it. The other one is for me. I have often lamented that when I need to cook just one egg (like for a homemade egg McMuffin) I am incapable of keeping it from spreading all over the entire pan, forcing me to awkwardly fold the egg up inside the english muffin and hold it down firmly to keep it in. Problem solved! My One Egg Wonder Pan only cost me $6.00, and is manufactured by the well-known cookware company T-fal. I have been using T-fal since I started cooking, so I know this little pan is a keeper!
After re-reading this post, I think it is clear to all (and no one more than myself) that I need to develop some interests and hobbies outside of cooking eggs!

I think that is an awesome little pan.
I can vouch for Aaron's love of a good fried egg sandwich. In fact that's probably what kept him alive during the time he lived with us.
