My good friend Tami Hansen tagged me, and since Ihave never responded to a tagging before (sorry to those of you who have tagged me in the past) I decided to go for the gold!
Tami was a favorite roommate of mine at Ricks College. Her husband Brett was one of our FHE brothers. He and Tami both served missions and were married when Brett got home. See boys and girls, some Ricks College dreams really do come true! My rotten ex was kicked out of Ricks when he was arrested and sent to jail, but I digress. Brett and Tami are looking into adopting a baby. I am sending a shout out to all my peeps on their behalf: if you know anyone who is putting a baby up for adoption, please let me know (or leave Tami a comment on her blog- it is under Brett and Tami in my friends and favorites). Wendi, how did you guys get your sweet little fella? Maybe you have some tips for Tami.
Okay, here are my answers:
3 Joys- My little Tootie Francis
- Pastries of all shapes and sizes
- The Glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ
3 Fears- Alligators (seriously)
- Tootie being kidnapped
- Dying and not being able to watch my beautiful Tootie grow up
3 Goals- Serious weight loss by the end of summer
- Get off the juice (the juice being my energy drink)
- Start my own business that will help moms like me
3 Obsessions- Hhmmmmmm. My obsessions vary greatly from day to day, so this information
may not be current as of tomorrow.
- My weight
- Did I already mention pastries?
- The terrible irony that my current weight is the love child of my obsession with
pastries
3 Random Facts- I was run over by a tractor at the Ricks homecoming parade my freshman
year.
- I was kicked in the face by a big boy wearing combat boots at a party once
also my freshman year at Ricks. I was rendered unconscious for a short
time. Why did I go back to Ricks after all of these near-death experiences??
- I danced with a paraplegic guy at a singles conference in New
Hampshire once. He moved his wheelchair back and forth and I
awkwardly held onto one of the arm rests. The song was
"Footloose." This is Whitney Palmer's favorite story.

I look forward to reading your blog everyday. Hilarious!
PS: I tried calling you again, don't you love me (as tears fill my eyes and spill onto my cheeks)...?
Thank you for answering my Tag Aramie...you are a pure pleasure. And thank you for passing on my info for adoption. I appreciate your candor, I haven't been able to be so forth coming about it.
Hey Belle, what is the problem with alligators? You have about a chance of running into an alligator as winning the lottery. Although there was about a 3 foot one in Harrison's yard last year.
I like the new name for your blog.
So do you have a fear of tractors?
I think I just spit on my keyboard I was laughing so hard. That is horrible. You should never ever tell that story again or I know that you will immediately be struck down. Funny, Funny girl.
I am embarrassed to say, I laughed way to loud and hard. That's hilarious, but so sweet of you!! I would like to think I would have done the same in your shoes.
That last entry forced the laugh right out of me!
:) We used LDSFS to find Wesley, thanks for asking! :) It's a little bit easier here in the south because there aren't quite as many LDS people to "compete" with. Good luck to Tami, though. Adoption is an AMAZING thing that has totally blessed our lives. I'd be happy to talk with anyone about it.
