Bizarre incident
Yes, this is my third post today but I had to write about something strange that happened today. There is this big white house that I pass every day when I take Kacey to and from school. I think it must be used as some sort of home for elderly people because I often see several of them sitting on the porch together when the weather is nice. There is a big van parked in the driveway every day- you know, the kind that can seat like 10 or more people. Anyway, today as I was driving past the house I noticed a couple of men out on the lawn. One was probably in his 50's, and the other man looked very elderly. I saw the younger man push the older man down onto the ground, then the old man put up his arms as if to defend himself. I did a double take and turned my car around. When I passed by again the younger man was pushing the old man into the house. I turned around again and no one was outside anymore. I didn't know what to do so I called 911. I gave the dispatcher the address and everything, and he said they would send someone out. I wasn't sure if I should call 911, but I was so shocked that I thought I had to do something. I don't know what happened. I gave the dispatcher my information but no one has called me. I hope the old man is okay.

Oh my gosh. I thought you were going to say that you just drove away. Good for you for calling the cops. You totally did the right thing!!
Yes, good for you. I don't think the police will ever call you and let you know what is going on, though. Unfortunately, it just doesn't work that way. But I sure would keep my eyes open when I pass by there.
I think in all your free time today that you should stake the place out and get the real scoop on what's going on there. Bad, sad and glad you called the police.
Good call, I might have been a coward and not done anything.
PS: CALL ME BACK!!! (I've tried calling you and left two messages)
xoxox
good job i would have done the same! I love elderly people & I hate to see them mistreated.
